Self-Improvement Roadmap

Since I started my self-improvement journey, I always wondered if there was a system that I could follow, a map that would show me where I was going and what I needed to do; a complete guide for self-improvement. I searched but to no avail.

Many years later, already deep in this journey, I got the idea of helping others and myself by making this exact framework that I was so keen on finding. And that is the sole reason I created it; to help people who are lost like I was. To group all the knowledge that is freely available, but so unorganized and spread out, that it is hard to see the complete picture. This system is that complete picture.

The roadmap consists of three parts. Each of them will address three different core aspects of an Overman. You will get the full outline in this post, and for all of the content, there will be additional sub-posts to keep everything clean and manageable. The three sections go as follows: Foundations of Reality, Skillset of an Overman, and Creating the Body of Zeus.

The three areas are divided for the purpose of making all of the concepts, organized and understandable. We will first tackle all of the knowledge you will need in order to understand the rest of the roadmap. Then we will cover all of the skills such as leadership, communication, managing relationships, money,… Finally, to finish it off we will learn everything about becoming a healthy individual, both mentally and physically.

Foundations of Reality

Who are you? What is consciousness? What are your thoughts and ideas? Questions like these are the sole focus of this section. We must first get a grip on who we are. We must put the foundation for everything to come. 

The first chapter will focus on the idea of self and understanding the concept of consciousness. Without a strong grasp of these two, we won’t be able to understand much of anything that follows. 

Once we have the theoretical knowledge about who we are, the second step is to learn what matters in life, the driving forces that motivate us, and how to find them. After we have set a strong foundation, we will move on to the most controversial part of the whole roadmap. The question of god, and how to navigate between atheism and theism. 

At the end of the third chapter, we will round things off with questions of morality and how to act by it. This will be followed by a short summary of what you should now know and understand. 

Then we will continue by introducing you to the principles of reality, mindsets, productivity hacks, and core values of an overman. To round things off, I will write a complete summary of all the things previously mentioned.

Skillset of an Overman

When it comes to the capabilities of an overman, it is my belief that you should be able to effectively communicate your ideas, lead others toward success, and manage every kind of relationship. You should be able to balance between the feminine and masculine forces and live in line with your true sexual essence.

These are all topics that will be explained in great detail in the following chapters. We will start off with the most important, and also the hardest skill of the previously mentioned ones. This skill is called: the art of balancing femininity and masculinity. This will be the longest chapter of the section, and in it we will discuss concepts like managing your love relationship, having enlightened sex, and much more. 

Then we will move on to the second chapter where you will learn all about communication, persuasion, and negotiation. 

The third chapter will be a short one focusing purely on leadership. Keep in mind that everything that you learned so far is a crucial part of being a good leader, and the following will be just the main principles that will help you complete the picture of what it means to be a leader. 

This will be followed by a full chapter on money and at the end comes a quick summary of everything previously mentioned.

Building the Body of Zeus

In this section, we will learn everything needed to create a healthy, flexible, durable, and strong body. I will give you all the exercises, habits, diet, and sleep hacks for you to achieve your fitness and health goals.

We will start with all of the little problems that the modern way of living brought us. After that, I will introduce you to the optimal weekly workout routine, independent of your health goals. 

Then we will move on to everything related to jaw, diet, breathing, sleep, and meditation. These topics are very much connected and that’s the reason there will be a lot of recurring ideas. 

Finally, to top it all off there will be a complete summary of all the things we went through.

The process may at times seem boring, hard, or grueling. The topics may seem unconnected or totally confusing. But don’t let that stop you from pushing through and completing the whole roadmap, because what this roadmap represents is a seedling of hope. 

A hope for a new world. A world of only love. A world of only peace. A world worth being a part of. 

And if you follow the roadmap, the next generation and the generations to follow will live far better lives than what we have today.

To change the world, it only takes two things. Belief, and a burning desire to succeed. The question is, do you have them?
